I had ordered and received sectional sofas and a media console from Arhaus. While I love the style and quality of the furniture, I was really disappointed when the furniture arrived because both pieces were damaged. We ordered custom upholstery and had wait months for it to come in, so it was extremely disappointing to find a rip on the back of one of the pieces when it finally arrived. The media console arrived in a few weeks, but had a crack in the wood. When I'm spending this much time, effort, and money on furniture I would expect it to come in perfectly, or at least be remedied right away. Instead I had to wait 7-10 days for a fabric sample, several more weeks for a confirmation date for the repair person to come and fix the upholstery...which I am still waiting on. The media console is no longer in stock so I have to wait 5 weeks for a replacement. Based on these experiences, I will think twice before ordering from this store again. My advice would be - if you find something you absolutely can't live without then order it, but just be careful when inspecting the delivery and don't be shocked if your piece comes in with damage. There are at least two other stores in the area (Ethan Allen and C&B) that sell very comparable furniture that is slightly less expensive, their delivery time is about half that of Arhaus, and all the pieces I have received have not been damaged.
