I had such a bad experience working at arden not only are the nurses n staff mean, you can tell that they dont Like theyre job They are not friendly and so it makes all the workers not enjoy coming to work, CISSY is the worst supervisor ive ever had in all my years working at assisted living facilities, she does not know what shes doing not does she know how to deal with things in a nice way,she Hired me fulltime it went well for a couple weeks I was getting my hours but then a girl was coming back from maternity leave,So CISSY cut all my hours,I wasnt even on the schedule at all!!!!! I mean if your going to do that, the nice thing to do would be to atleast inform me.So here I was left with no hours no work and had bills tp pay.So i tried to call her n ask her what the reason for that was and all she did was yell at me n say'dont call me about your schedule"" So then i tried talking to her later about it,because when I did the walk through, when she showed me the place,IT DID seem like a nice place, but after working their like a week I found that the staff their n the other girls I worked with were rude, they just expected me to catch on so quick and talked behind my back,But as a supervisor you dont hire someone fulltime then just take away their hours just because someone was coming back,That was really mean of her then she said she can only offer me the late shift and it was all messed up,when I APPLIED THEIR I MADE IT CLEAR THAT I CAN NOT DO THE NIGHT SHIFT, and thats all she was willing to give me, AND it wasnt even a schedule it was a phonecall of ""hey can you fill in tonight somebody called In"" Cissy is not very kind to people... then she told me no she didnt hire me fulltime,WELL if i wasnt hired fulltime then why would they give me the packet to fillout for insurance,PART TIMERS DO NOT FILL THAT OUT BECAUSE THEY DONT GET INSURANCE.
Pros: LOVE THE RESIDENTS
Cons: STAFF NEED TO BE TRAINED BETTER INCLUDING MANAGEMENT
