Woke up to a flooded kitchen where water was just bubbling up our kitchen floor. Arco Restoration not only made out to our home on the same day we had them repair all the work that was affected by the water damage. Our kitchen looks brand new. We got to pick out our flooring, paint coloring to name a few great asset Arco had to offer us. The turn around time was also impressive we had our kitchen back up and running within a couple of weeks. We had a slow upstairs bathroom leak in our home this past fall. We contacted our insurance company and they suggested Arco Restoration. I'm so thankful that Arco Restoration was not only able to repair our leak and redo our bathroom tile, glass, plumbing, etc, but they helped us ALL the way through the whole process. We met with the production manager who gave us a very reasonable estimation of the costs and then had us pick out or materials. They stayed in touch with us EVERY step they were doing, when they would be at the house, what steps we would need to take in order to prepare for the repairs. I was so relieved that all the workers and staff were all kind and seemed to generally care about how we wanted our bathroom to look at the projects' end. Arco Restoration worked directly with our insurance company which was a blessing in itself. We are so pleased with our experience with Arco that we will not hesitate to call them again if and when we need some home repairs or remodeling. I was so pleased that the workers took time to place drip mats for painting, cloths for walking up and down our stairs from having to go in and out of the house, took care of our home, and did an AWESOME job at clean up. We really value Arco Restoration's mission. They were very speedy with their repairs and got our leak fixed and us showering again in no time. Thanks again Arco Restoration! My home in Wilson, NC sustained major damage after a fire last June. If you haven't experienced a house fire first hand, it is difficult to understand how helpless you feel. Enter Mark Adams. Mark introduced himself and explained that he and his Arco team were available to help me. They began work that night by covering the hole in my roof caused by the fire. It was a rainy night, and covering the hole surely prevented more damage to my home. At that time, I had no idea that Mark, his team (Brent and Ron) and I would be working very closely for the next 4 months. Mark and Arco took care of everything. I had no idea on who to contact to start the process of rebuilding. Mark took the time to explain the entire process to me. It was quite a relief to know that I didn't have to worry about pulling all the resources together to start the repairs. Mark and his team took care of everything. I am sort of a ""control freak', which Mark picked up on pretty quickly. He always asked my opinion before beginning major tasks and kept me updated continuously throughout the four-month process. His patience with my many questions and suggestions was greatly appreciated, and helped me feel that I still had some control over the situation. I would like to publicly thank Arco, Mark, his team and the many subcontractors that helped put my house back together and helped make it a home again. The house turned out beautifully and I was very proud and relieved to move back in. On Friday, May 14th of last year, our home had water damage that affected our bathroom, the 1/2 bath inmediately underneath , our laundry room, and parts of our guest bedroom and kitchen. Within a couple of hours of calling our insurance company early that morning, Eric, Jon, and Ron were at our door busy gutting walls and floors, ripping up tile and installing dryers and dehumidifiers. They stayed until well after 7 pm that night ensuring our damage had been contained. Despite the fact that it was a Friday and the labor intensive work stretched into the evening, they were courteous, professional and patient with all of our questions and concerns. The work was completed exactly six weeks from the date of our damage, our home now looks better than it ever has, and Kevin's work is to thank for it. Lisa and I wanted to tell you and The ARCO Team Thank You for everything!! We knew that when we saw Mark that night we wanted him to rebuild our house!! It was one of the worst things we have gone through and right from the start Mark and Tony made our lives easier! The night of the fire Mark and Tony were there only a few hours after it started and several hours before it was out and they were able to start boarding up. While they were there they both made us feel at ease about our house and that they would take care of it just like it was their own. The one thing that really stands out to my mind is the 800 Board Up Bag with essentials in the bag for Lisa and I such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, water, flashlight batteries just to name a few. When we lost most everything we owned we were not thinking straight to know what we would need when we went to the hotel that night. It really meant a lot to both of us! Also Mark was on the phone make sure that we had a room that would take pets and I know he was on the phone for a while. It is hard to put into words the feelings we had that night and in the days after. I was in the hospital for 4 1/2 days the next week and the 1 visitor that meant the most was Mark Adams!! He didn't have to go to Rocky Mount to see me but he did and also wanted to let me know that he was taking care of things for us. Having to go through what we did I have never seen anybody be more professional and really genuine than Mark! He really cares about what he does and cares about taking care of the people he is working for! That's why Mark Adams has the great name and reputation in the surrounding areas he has. We know that Mark is truly a great asset to ARCO. Lisa and I moved back in our new house Sunday night and have been so impressed with everything about the house. We are really HAPPY to be home and ARCO and Mark Adams made it happen for us! We can't say Thank You enough!! The quality of all the work was awesome!! A GREAT Team!! I told Mark that we would be glad to talk to any customers that have any hesitation on letting ARCO do any work or just for a reference! We will be glad to help in anyway we can! We have gave Mark a nickname while working on our house and it has really stuck with him. Even the other contractors have been calling him by his nickname.
