I scheduled an appointment, and they were nice enough to fit me in, as I was a new patient. I walked into the office and I was surpised at the condition of the office. The cabinets wood was coming off, the floors were very dirty, they covered me in a full plastic type tarp, made me fill out the most redundant paperwork (I think I had to give them my husbands work address about three times). The x-ray are was totally unprofessional. I was getting x-rays as patients were walking by right next to me. The x-ray facitity was directly in front of this poor woman's desk (I wonder what her radiation count is!?). I had to sign another paper once I was taken to get my x-rays and then another one when I went to the exam room. I have never filled out so much paperwork in my life, the last paper of which stated how I would mediate the procedure of suing the doctor is something went wrong. Weird!!! When in the exam room, the dentist. whom to give him credit, was very nice, examined me and left quickly, leaving me wondering at what point I was going to get my teeth cleaned. His staff member came in and informed me that she couldn't give me pricing on a very expensive procedure, but she was kind enough to find time in the schedule to have a root canal done by a different dentist ""specialist"", who was only available for this kind of work three times this month. I guess the dentist does not preform this very common procedure, which made me nervous. I then asked her if I could wait on the root canal and just have my teeth cleaned? She proceded to explain that the doctor does not allow then to perform cleanings on ""sick"" teeth. I felt trapped into getting my root canal just so I could get a cleaning. I was so upset and thanked them for wasting my time.
Pros: Doctor was very nice.
Cons: Doctor does not perform certain standard dental procedures, office was very dirty, felt uninformed
