I hardly know where to start ...the extreme long wait each appointment or the finance ladies with big shoes who discuss your "" options"" with you, which by the way takes hours and hours.I went to coastal needing one bridge and possible implant...discussing this was worse than buying my last car...the first dentist said one thing than a second dentist had a completly different story...that is really scary...if I hadnt asked about implants and talked to their specialist the first dentist would have given me a bridge that would have failed...all the "" choices"" of materials and warrenties ( ive never heard of an extended warrenty on dental work) more

I have been going to this clinic for more than 15 years. I have referred many work colleagues, friends, and family and all of them love Dr. Trinh Nguyen. As for children friendly, they're super nice. There are other doctors but the main one is Dr. Trinh Nguyen. Oh, and he also knows how to place implants. They are very honest and try their best to make financial arrangements. Very flexible office staff. Pros: Dentists have great credentials and lots of training Cons: Office can use some work/some paint more

I should have read the other reviews before scheduling an appointment here. The office was filthy. Just like the other people described. The floors were dirty; the cabinets were falling apart and the cheap plastic counter tops were disgusting. I was quickly rushed in to get my x-rays done while I was still filing out long multiple forms. They make you sign a form that states that they will charge you $25 if you are late or reschedule your appointment; this is unheard of. The Dentist quickly looked at my teeth and said everything was fine. Then the office manager came in, a large aggressive looking woman, telling me that in order for me to get my cleaning done I would first have to get a crown done. She refused to have my cleaning done until my crown was done. She told me that it was for liability reasons that the office could not do a cleaning until my crown was done. The dentist never told me I needed a crown. I had her bring the dentist back and he complied with her request. After arguing with her about her stupid policy and refusing to clean my teeth, I left. Now reading everyone else?s comments, I discovered that this refusal to clean my teeth until I agreed to have work done there (in other words spend more money there) was just a scam to get me to agree to do the work. DON?T FALL FOR THERE SCAM. I went to another office and had my teeth clean with no problems and guess what, this other dentist told me I did not need a crown.. more

After two mistakes with scheduling and having to drag my three kids to the office twice we still never saw a dentist. The office was very dirty, especially the fish tank. The office staff was incompetient with scheduling, and after I told them my appointment was at 2 they said no 3. I had the card with the time on, but they couldn't do anything about it. Finally they took my 8 year old back said will be back out in a minute. About 8 minutes later I hear him crying and go back. I asked them why I was not told he was crying. . they told me it was not procedure to have others in the back. They are not kid friendly at all, NEVER take your kids there. I will be lucky to get my son to a dentist ever again, he hated it. Needless to say we left that moment, after waiting over an hour, we got nothing from them. more

I scheduled an appointment, and they were nice enough to fit me in, as I was a new patient. I walked into the office and I was surpised at the condition of the office. The cabinets wood was coming off, the floors were very dirty, they covered me in a full plastic type tarp, made me fill out the most redundant paperwork (I think I had to give them my husbands work address about three times). The x-ray are was totally unprofessional. I was getting x-rays as patients were walking by right next to me. The x-ray facitity was directly in front of this poor woman's desk (I wonder what her radiation count is!?). I had to sign another paper once I was taken to get my x-rays and then another one when I went to the exam room. I have never filled out so much paperwork in my life, the last paper of which stated how I would mediate the procedure of suing the doctor is something went wrong. Weird!!! When in the exam room, the dentist. whom to give him credit, was very nice, examined me and left quickly, leaving me wondering at what point I was going to get my teeth cleaned. His staff member came in and informed me that she couldn't give me pricing on a very expensive procedure, but she was kind enough to find time in the schedule to have a root canal done by a different dentist ""specialist"", who was only available for this kind of work three times this month. I guess the dentist does not preform this very common procedure, which made me nervous. I then asked her if I could wait on the root canal and just have my teeth cleaned? She proceded to explain that the doctor does not allow then to perform cleanings on ""sick"" teeth. I felt trapped into getting my root canal just so I could get a cleaning. I was so upset and thanked them for wasting my time. Pros: Doctor was very nice. Cons: Doctor does not perform certain standard dental procedures, office was very dirty, felt uninformed more
