Real Good Service to recommend 1/8/2011

I got real good service from these guys at Arches Repair. They were unbelievably helpful to me and my wife. We had borrowed a car from my boss and drove four hours to Moab from Salt Lake. Sure enough, we overheated after the 191 bridge.\r .\r We hobbled into Arches after the information center recommended them and they quickly took care of us.\r It was Saturday and they were the only shop open although others said they were open.\r more

WELL RUN BUSINESS GETS 5 STARS 8/18/2010

This shop owner, Pat is so nice that he picked us up at Maverick because it was too hot for us to walk. Turns out we just had a dead battery on my brother's car.\r \r I found this shop on in internet on my handheld and am happy to say how lucky we were since we don't know a soul in Moab. At his shop, I heard him calling motels helping some stranded customers find a place to stay for the night. To me, this is a very good business. more

A LOCAL HIGHLY RECOMMENDS THIS SHOP 6/29/2010

I LIVE IN MOAB and only go to Arches Repair Center. I'm a loyal customer for 10 years. It's the most recommended place in the area. If you break down at Castle Valley or Arches, this is the best repair shop I know of. He's the only place I know that will pick me up at my house. Prices are very good.\r \r I was there today for a A.C. repair and it was 100 degrees out. But Pat was as friendly and nice as ever. He is a great guy who always treats me like a special customer. Professional fast service 4/7/2010

Had a fuel pump replaced at Arches Repair and the job was quoted and finished as promised. Pat is a good man and I trust his work and the mechanics. Pros: Honest Cons: Rentals more

A GREAT PLACE-best service I've ever had at any shop 2/27/2010

Love this shop. I've been there several times because I am in Moab every year for a month. Very professional staff , nice and clean. They even promote pet adoptions for the Humane Society and help people in need. Good folks! Pros: nicest people always get good service more

great place, a lifesaver 10/6/2009

We broke down in Moab on Saturday.Only one shop open weekends. Everyone in Moab said ""GO TO PAT!"" Nice people took care of us immediately. We got fast service from Pat . He is a master technician from AAA. Very polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. We were so impressed. He also worked fast saving us on hourly costs.\r Its the cleanest repair shop I've ever seen. PATRICK RIPPEE AAA REPAIR SHOP is the best 6/1/2009

PATRICK RIPPEE'S AAA Repair shop is the best independent we have found in Moab. He's honest, nice, fast and got us back on the road by diagnosing a simple problem several other shops missed. It cost less than $100 instead of the $2,000 repair recommended by a competitor. His tow service was fast-even works after hours and weekends. Clean rest rooms. LOVE THIS SHOP! and love his dog. more

arches repair center saved our vacation! 5/31/2009

Arches Repair Center is fantastic! And Pat is so nice. In a small town, you worry about the quality of the repairs. He was professional with 100% customer approval rating. He correctly diagnosed an intermittent dying problem we had with our truck for a few months and that other technicians missed. We broke down at the Arches Visitors Center and were told to call Pat. Later we found out Arches Repair was highly recommended by everyone in town, like the visitors center, hotel, restaurant and gas station. They all called him the best local independent.Their price was very fair- less than we paid in Salt Lake when our car was not correctly fixed. He quickly towed us in. I feel lucky to have found the right place for auto repair in Moab. And he loves dogs! Our trip was saved by PAT! Thanks again! Chris and Barbara from California more
