Archer's Catering II

I first became aware of Archer's Meats when I was trying to find a whole brisket for corning (your grocery store only stocks the lower portion). Since then my family and I have returned there for our Christmas roasts, flank steaks, almost any cut of meat you can think of. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; for example they showed me how to properly score the brisket for the brine. For people who want a little more control in their food products to the hobbyist chef who needs something a little out of the ordinary, I can highly reccommend Archer's Meat Packing, A+ Pros: Excellent and knowledgeable service with regularly available cuts of Beef, Pork, Veal, Lamb, Chicken and occasional specialties Cons: It can be difficult to find, the first time it was an accident of luck that I saw the blue awning more

If you are looking for a specialty type of meat and have had no luck, look no further. Archer's has it. I have tried many times to local a whole small pig for our family Christmas Eve feast, but have had no luck locally. After days of searching, I located Archer's, which also had in any amount I needed, skirt steak for fajitas on the grill. As as added bonus, they are very nice and accommodating. Couldn't be happier.
