A part that was covered by a warranty broke. I took it to have it repaired. They wanted me to pay an extra $100 when they found out I'd received a discount when I purchased the part originally. I spoke directly with NAPA, who assured me that the part was being given to Archers for free since it was under warranty. They had no idea why he was charging me for the part since the warranty covered it. I had my husband call to question why. The man at Archers became irate and said he had no right to question his policy. I took my car elsewhere where they happily replaced the part under warranty.
