I had a gut feeling that I should have walked out of this place as soon as I entered the front door. The place was dingy, ditry, & way outdated. No one was at the front desk. I stood there about 5 minutes before anyone came to the window. There were not any other patients in the place so I don't know what the hold up was. The girl was nice but, not particularly the ""brightest bulb in the pack."" I filled out the papers she handed me & noticed that there were a lot of ""here's your sign"" questions on it. Anyways, I get back & am greeted by a hygenist who seems to be in a hurry. All of the equipment & furniture was really really outdated & not as technologically advanced as other dentists I have been to. The ceilings were absolutely NASTY & had brown stuff all over them. The hygenist took some x-rays before the cleaning & I've NEVER had to keep those x-ray slides in my mouth so long in my life! She was jabbing them around & put them in & sat there & clicked thru all of the pictures for like 5 minutes before she ever took the slide I was biting down on out of my mouth. If you've ever had the x-ray slides in your mouth you know that they hurt & aren't that comfortable. On to the cleaning, I have NEVER EVER had anyone dig, poke, prod, & mash my teeth & gums so much in my life. I normally LOVE getting my teeth cleaned & yes I know that at times it can be a little painful but, this woman was just bearing down until I was in great pain. It took all I had not to reach up & knock the sh*t out of her! After this most painful cleaning the dentist came out & seemed to be in his own lotti dotti world. He seemed nice & like he knew what he was doing but, the rest of this experience, from the slow & ignorant staff, to the dirty setting & outdated equipment, I will NOT be going back! I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. The only way I would ever see this dentist again were to be if he were in a cleaner building, had different people working for him, and newer equipment.
