Great Place 8/1/2011

I went in a few months ago because I had a chihuahua that was constantly yelping in pain and we did no know why. They took him and referred me to another doctor but because it was just a puppy and the odds of survival where low they did not charge me a dime. I ended up having to put the little guy to sleep but the next day the doctor from Arcadia called me to offer his condolences. I almost started to cry on the phone again. This is an amazing place with amazing people. more

Arcadia Vet Hospital Truly Cares 4/19/2011

My husband and I found a small baby bird in our front yard last summer who had broken it's leg. We were scared that one of the stray cats would kill it so we decided to take it inside. I called wildlife rehab and several other places but nobody would help me with this baby bird. Finaly my husband asked Dr. Kaylor if she would examine the bird and she said Yes! This meant so much to us that she would take the time when nobody else would. We have taken our 3 dogs to Dr. Kaylor for the past 2 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Dr. Kaylor and her staff truly love what they do and really care about the well being of our "kids". more

Heartless location! Don't go here!!! 3/29/2011

This place was completely heartless. I had a previous balance of 8 dollars and called crying one day because my dog was shot with a shot gun and had buck shots alllllll in him. They told me that I had to pay 150 just for him to be seen and they wouldn't take just half and wait two days till I got paid. They had been seeing my dog since he was a puppy and I couldn't understand why they would not wait 2 days I had always paid off my balances on time. The person didn't care my dog was in pain. I would not recommend this place to any one. They could care less. 8 dollars was more valuable to them than my dogs life! more

Dr. Kaylor ROCKS! 3/19/2011

AMAZING! I wouldn't take my dog any where else. I want the best care for her, just like I want for my daughters and this is THE place to get it. Dr. Kaylor and her staff are always caring and loving and treat every pet as if they were their own. They always go above and beyond. Dr. Kaylor will help you at 2am if you need her! Believe me, I know. The wait is always minimal and charges are extremely reasonable. I refer everyone I know to Dr. Kaylor and they always thank me for telling them about her. more

Dr. Kaylor and her staff make you feel like your pet is their own. Very reasonable and I come from Raleigh. dr. kaylor and her staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of dog/cat ownership more

ANGELS.... THEY ARE ALL ANGELS... 5/7/2009

Dr. Kaylor and her staff are the best people. They love animals and will treat your pet(s) with love and respect. They have been an angel to my Annie. They truly care about your pet and they care about you. Prices are reasonable. They will always see your pet if they are hurt or ill and will explain everything to you. You can bet they will do their best to take care of every problem quickly. I love the entire staff. They are professional, courteous and they love the animals.. I drive from Lewisville to see the Dr. and would not think of changing to another Vet closer to home. It's worth the ride!! more

Wonderful Care and Service 1/2/2009

If you're looking for a new vet I strongly would suggest this one. They're prices are very reasonable (especially for families with tight incomes) and their service is outstanding. My mom recently had to have her cat put down and they actually mailed her a sympathy card. How kind and sweet of them to do that. more

This is the best veterinarial hospital ever! The doctor is extremely knowledgeable, the staff helpful and organized, and the best prices of any place I've ever seen or shopped for. They truly love animals and though it is a bit of a drive for me I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

A great place for your pets! 4/27/2005

Dr. Kaylor and her staff at Arcadia Veterinary Hospital are, in a owrd, terrific. They take good care of your pets, are friendly and hepful, and the rates they charge are very reasonable. We take all three of our dogs there and they (usually) don't even mind going because they know they'll get a treat from Dr. Kaylor before we leave. more
