I hired this garage door company service from a Google search on behalf of my Mom. Her garage door would not open at all and had stopped functioning. I had asked the receptionist to have the tech call before arriving, which Ben did, confirming his plan of action when he got there. Upon arrival, my Mom indicated he was friendly, dressed professionally, knowledgeable and respectful. He called me to discuss repair options. Honestly, it's always a gamble when selecting a company without a personal referral - but I can say without hesitation - this company met and exceeded my expectation of service and knowledge. more

They were able to send technician, their tech, out the day I called and he was not only professional, really helpful in explaining what he recommended and what I could do in the future to troubleshoot problems with my doors, but he was also very personable and simply a nice person to do business with --- a good representative for his company. I had one of the torsion springs for my garage door broke with both vehicles trapped inside the garage. Of course, this happened at 8pm. I went ahead and called that evening. I spoke to a live person and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I also asked the company to please try to come out as early as possible. I received a call at 7:30am stating that the technician was on the way. He arrived by 8 and immediately got to work. He lifted the door to allow my husband to get to work on time and proceeded to examine the situation. He came in and explained everything to me. Once I gave him the go-ahead, he worked quickly and efficiently, but also thoroughly. To my surprise, the technician was done before 9am! I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. I will continue to use this company Door for any future needs as well as recommend you to everyone I know. My appreciation may be greater as I had a poor experience last year with a different garage door company regarding work at a rental unit I own.
