Great apartments 6/3/2009

I have lived here about a year and I love it. The town is not my favorite, there is not much to do here. Every one that works here is so nice and they really take care of your concerns. The only down side that I have found is there are a lot of college kids that are living on there own for the first time and do not understand that sound carries. There are several officers that live here and they do take care of the noise complaint quickly. Other than that you are not going to find any nicer places to live. And the best part for me is they allow with a very small deposit. Hope this helps Pros: The office staff are super friendly, maint is fast. Cons: The college kids are loud more

Caution Corsicana renters 10/16/2008

Management does not explain the application or the lease agreement correctly. Make sure you read the fine print!!! There is a $45 application fee per resident, non-refundable. The security deposit is $250, non-refundable even if you don't end up renting (because the agreement sounds just a little too shady). If you decide to rent from The Arbors there is an inflexible 60 day move out notice. READ THE FINE PRINT!!! DO NOT TRUST WHAT THE MANAGER SAYS!!! more
