Great place to call home - PLUS I have worked with the Management Company and they are a Class Act. Compassionate about their residents and strive to ensure they are comfortable and always satisfied with where they call home. Definitely recommend! more

Fantastic place to call home! Convenient to anything & everything. Management of the townhomes are rated 4-Star in my book! Would highly recommend to anyone seeking to rent and what a great deal :-) more

I moved from out of state about a year ago for my first ""grown up"" job and at once felt at home due to the Arbors. The move-in process was very easy, it's a great deal, there's a grocery store and restaurant/bar right down the street, and I met a few friends at the pool! I think my experience in Gastonia would have been different, and probably not as pleasant, if I would have chosen another place to live.\r \r I attached a couple of pics I sent my family with I first moved in! more

I've lived here for about a year. It would be really hard to find a better deal on a quiet apartment community with a pool. I am very happy with my decision and I would recommend the Arbors. It's been a great experience for me. more

Worse place in town 4/24/2012

If you need something repaired big issue or small get ready for long wait. Much much more can be said about the worse experience of my life in the short weeks here...... more
