Worst rental agent ever. Vivian is the rudest property manager ever. She talks nasty to tenants. Like your a nobody. Acts like she doesn't gets messages left on her voice mail always. Won't handle problems of any kind or says she forgot. They need to get a new agent that wants to do her job and quit making excuses all the time. She handles properties for north Pittsburgh area. DO NOT RENT FROM ARBORS MANAGEMENT! more

First let me just say that I am not the type to write reviews on anything. I don't like getting people in trouble, but this man was so rude I'm in disbelief. I'm sure this has no reflection on how this company runs business, and my rating is for this particular real estate agent. Matt Foulkrod, with the North and West Office of Arbors Management, showed my husband and I through three homes this past Fall, and we ended up not taking any of them. Fast forward five months and I find another property on Craigslist listed by Mr. Foulkrod, I contacted him stating who I was and that I would like to view the home listed. He replies with a rude email stating that ""He wasted a lot of time (showing us a whopping three homes, mind you) running around showing us houses and it amounted to nothing, and that he would need proof that we were out of our lease"" which has absolutely no bearing on if a real estate agent shows a home or not. We were currently in a lease last fall, but our landlord agreed to let us out because all of the water issues in the basement bedroom. And Mr. Foulkrod knew this. He is an extremely rude, unprofessional individual. Beware. We only looked at THREE HOUSES! I would hate to know how he treats people that look at dozens! more

During my rental lease at Arbors I encountered nothing but problems ranging from a storm knocking down a tree in the middle of my backyard which was never removed by Arbors to my pipes freezing in the winter and Arbors telling me ""We can't send anyone--use a hairdryer"". Now they have the nerve to deduct over $400 from my $750 security deposit for items like cleaning the house for $125 (I cleaned the house) and $50 to clean a dirty white carpet in one small bedroom that was already dirty when I moved in. There are too many other things to list. Do not rent from Arbors Management. It will be the biggest mistake you ever make. Oh and I forgot---they will wait a week to cash your rent check and then charge you a late fee claiming they received it late. Cons: Poor Management more
