I bought my house very recently. It was recommended to me that I get one of the trees checked out. I saw Arbor Magic Tree Services' 20% off advertisement in the mail and decided to call them. While they were here, they went ahead and looked at other trees around the property. One of them was in danger of dropping branches in the future. I got a deal to get that taken care of. I'm not a tree expert, but that tree definitely looks a lot better now. more

We had several dangerous trees that were very large and had wood destroying organisms on them. We had Arbor Magic Tree Services take them down and clean it up. There was also one of the taller trees that had fallen over, so they cleaned that up too. They did some space planning for future growth of trees and created space for those large trees that we have that are continuing to grow. They were all very professional, prompt, worked very quickly, paid attention to details, and did some great clean up after the job. more

My sons newly purchased home, back yard full of pine trees with branches nearly down to the ground blocking all light. No one would go in the back yard because it was so dark. Berl came out and we did a walk through and he explained how lifting the canopy 25 feet would allow the light to come through and open up the backyard. His crew came a couple of days later and within three hours the job was done and everything looks fantastic. Loved the crew, hardworking, got right in and completed the job. and the experience was aswesome! Berl was great! He took the time to go thru my property and look at all my trees and any surrounding trees so that I could let my neighbors know about any problems. Very preofessional an courteous. The job was completed exactly as discussed and exceeded my expectations. There was not damage what so ever. I expected to have to repair a section of fence that had to be removed but, they did such a great job I can't even tell they removed it. I highly recommend Arbor Tree Magic for any tree service. I will definately be calling them back if I need something else done. Lastly, considering that the trees were right next to my house and fence and they did this without touching a thing speaks volumes that they are as advertised. The pricing is fairly reasonable compared to others as well. more

The guys did a wonderful job cutting down my trees. The trees they cut down were well over 100' tall and were totally surrounded by other trees and plants that I had planted and wanted to keep. I was worried about these other trees and plants getting hurt when the big trees came down. When I got home from work and saw the job Arbor Magic had done, I was amazed. They had managed to avoid hurting any of my other trees and plants! I am really happy with the job they did and will recommend them to anyone who asks. more

I am a Property Manager for an apartment community in Kirkland. We had a damaged tree that we wre needing to get bids for removal and Arbor magic was by far the quickest to respond, the best priced and most professional of all the contractors we had contacted. It just so happened that while waiting for the bid to be approved, we had an emergency arise where another tree had fallen over and was putting a building at risk. I called Berl (our rep) up and he had someone out that day to remove it - the wood was removed, the stump was ground down and all work was cleaned up in a very timely manor. They have been consistant with thier follow up and communication and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quality arborist or needing tree work preformed. more

I was impressed with Arbor Magic the time of the inital consultation all the way through the finishing of the job. We had a couple tress removed and another wind sailed. Everything was explained well and the work was completed quickly and cleanly. Also, the price was outstanding so we really apprecaite the great service. more

We had never used a tree service before, but damage from January's ice storm pretty much made hiring one a necessity. We had a couple of trees uprooted (one partially, one completely), and several others had broken branches that required attention (including a cedar that kept shedding branches whenever the wind kicked up). Berl came out for the evaluation; he was very helpful, particularly in determining how much we could get done with the money we had received from our insurance company. He even threw in a couple of items at no extra charge, and did a walkthrough of the rest of our property (at my request) to make recommendations as to which of the other trees might require attention, and which should be given greater priority. The four-man crew arrived first thing in the morning on the scheduled day, and had everything wrapped up in just over an hour. We didn't actually call any other companies for this particular job, but, given Arbor Magic's friendliness and efficiency, we didn't need to. When it comes time to addressing some of the other things Berl pointed out during his evaluation, we'll be calling these folks again. more

I had a lot of tree damage after the recent ice storm. The ArborMagic team did a great job of removing the damaged trees, and the cleanup was great. more

THEY ROUTINELY ASKED ME TO REVIEW WHAT THEY HAD DONE TO INSURE THAT IT WAS TO MY SATISFACTION--AND QUICKLY MADE CHANGES WHEN I REQUESTED THEM. WHEN THEY LEFT, EVERYTHING WAS PRISTINE. After getting a couple of quotes from different arborists in the area it was determined that I needed to have several thousand dollars worth of tree work done. I ultimately had Steve of Arbormagic come out, and he explained that while most of the work that was pointed out by other arborists really did need to eventually be done, only about half of it was time sensitive. Not only could some of the needed work be put on hold for another month or so, but in fact for the health of the trees, some of the pruning that was needed actually was not something that should be done heading into winter. Arbormagic Tree Services came when they said they would and finished the job on time. They got everything done and hauled away all the chips. The only thing is that they arranged for other people to come pick up the wood, and all the wood hasn't been picked up yet. It is not reflective of Arbormagic but whoever Steve arranged to pick up the wood. This is the first time I have used them. I had 5 big trees that they took out. They showed up on time and worked very hard to make sure it was all done in the time frame expected. more

I first heard of Arbormagic Tree Services when they were canvassing my neighborhood. I had them look at a few trees I was worried about and decided to go with them because they seemed to know what they were doing. They took down three trees and put a strap between two forks on another tree. Everything turned out pretty good. There was a glitch when one of the trees hit the fence but they had a fence guy come in and put it back like new. Steve seems to know about the trees real good and they did a real good job. more
