My husband made me an appt for a spa pedi for a mothers day gift and I was excited to try this salon. I got there at my appt time but had to wait a half hour which would have been fine but I felt like the stylist rushed through my service. It says a spa pedi takes an hour but mine was complete in 45min (In fact the tub and chair were bleached and cleaned before the hour was even up)and then when I went to check out I was charged $50 instead of $45 because the service was scheduled with a person who is "past doing pedicures" and was told that the employee who booked it must have done so by mistake. I don't mind paying more for extra services or a job well done, but it didn't make since to pay more just because the front desk girl booked me with a hair stylist instead of a nail tech. The other bummer was that the massage chair didn't work. The up side is the polish looks great. more

I must admit, I have been going to Arbor for about 5 years now and cherish every visit. Not only do I receive the best color, cut and price... but Inna is like therapy. She always makes time, stays late and pampers me like a princess. I never feel like a customer.. I always feel like a "friend". Thank you so much for always providing superior care and service. It is easy to be loyal to this salon! more

This was my first visit to Arbor, and absolutely intend on returning. I'm new to this type of atmosphere (usually the $12 haircut type) and I was completely satisfied. Loria did a fantastic job...so much that my husband said it looked like it hadn't been freshly cut, and to him that's the sign of a talented stylist. Give em' a call...you won't be disappointed. I have had many treatments done here including 2 incredible massages, mani/pedi, facial, and haircut. I was extremely happy with all of the results! The people there are so accomodating and knowledgable. I highly recommend using them for all your spa needs. The prices are pretty reasonable, and the atmosphere is so wonderful and clean. more

I get a bikini wax once a month at the Arbor Salon, and I actually look forward to it! The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They all make me feel very important and welcome. They really do treat everyone like a regular, even if they aren't. The salon itself is very beautiful and modernly decorated. The receptionists always offer a complimentary bottle of water or soda, or a glass of wine. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new salon to call home! more

I've used Arbor several times now for spa pedicures. The staff is always friendly, and my tired and calloused nurse feet get the pampering they desperately need. The spa chairs tend to be hit or miss in the massage feature working, and one basin has malfunctioned and overflowed twice, leaving the poor technician embarrassed as she quickly mops up the floor. Have been here several times and used both the spa and salon services they have to offer. First, my spa experience was wonderful, very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. I was sick at the time and my massage made me feel a LOT better. The two times I've had my hair done here were very pleasant experiences. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I love the setting of the salon as well! more
