Arbor Dental Group is FANtastic! I was 4/19/2012

Arbor Dental Group is FANtastic! I was extremely surprised and grateful that they could fit a new patient into their schedule at short notice. I broke a tooth at 12:30 pm and was sitting in a chair by 2:45 pm. I don't go to the dentist unless it is an emergency, but after my experience with Dr. Kinard and Judy, I have finally found a dental group that I can trust. I am a huge FAN after one procedure. I plan to return as needed and without the trepidation I would normally have. more

Thanks for the quick response. My temporary crow fell out a day before my scheduled appointment to have my permanent one put in. My timing couldn't have been pretty as my permanent one was just delivered and instead of waiting for my schedulued appointment, you guys put in my permanent on. Thanks again. more

Normally i dont look forward to having any dental work done. but yesterday eith alanni( i think thats right) made the whole experience great i hope she has a good maternity leave and i hope to have her work on my teeth in the future. more

Getting my teeth looked at and worked on is not my idea of a good time! They have a very gentle hand and realize most patients do not enjoy the dentist. He really makes my visit go by smoothly and I will be back! more

I got hit in the face with my surfboard 1/17/2012

I got hit in the face with my surfboard and knocked out a few teeth. Arbor Dental Group was able to get me false teeth that were the exact size and shape and color as my other teeth! People do not even know that I was hurt! Thank you!!! more

Arbor Dental Group are beautiful human beings! I actually like coming to the dentist! They are gentle and professional! They are always cheerful and concerned with me, not just my teeth, whenever I come in! They take the time to know me by name and that makes for the beginning of a great appointment! Thank you! more

Dishonest! 10/8/2010

Do NOT trust this business. I had the clip board (insurance form) in my hand for 45 minutes as the office personnel looked up my insurance. She then said my 4 year old child was covered. I then signed the insurance form stating that the business was not responsible for collecting payment from insurance. Turns out she had not been added to my insurance. How can she say ""yes"" when she did not know. How about saying we do not show any insurance coverage. Quite the husslers! Should of listened to my parents who have had similar problems! more

Very Rude Staff. Incompetent Dentists, Definately a Scary experience and Stay clear for the sake of your teeth! Pros: Nice chairs Cons: rude staff, employs criminalistic policies more
