I always found Dr. Ruder a little stiff and removed, and always felt a little like I was in a ""15 min"" appointment mill when visting him. But, overall he was kind enough, professional, and helped adjust my medicine & dose until I got a good combo. BUT, when my insurance changed to a new company he did not accept, I was billed for canceled appointment, even though I had been in his office trying to deal with my insurance problem at them time. I have called several times over the last 6 weeks to ask to speak with him regarding the charge, and I get no return calls from my messages. I was a patient for almost 3yrs and always paid on time, so this treatment has left me very disappointed!
