I used to be a huge Arabica fan, but one too many bad experiences put me off the chain. This location was no exception. The coffee always tastes overdone/burned and the lattes are bland. The baked goods are generally very dry (though I do recommend the Blueberry Muffins if I had to pick one). The ice cream usually tastes freezer-burned. The large styrofoam cups the coffee come in are a bit flimsy, and there are no sleeves.
The ambience there is still pretty nice, with comfy booths and a large fireplace. But ultimately, the product does not compare to the competitors Caribou and Starbucks.
