Beware of the kennel 6/23/2013

Do not take your animals to this kennel. Had the pleasure of visiting off-hours, and it was not pretty. There was no one there, there were no sound from the kennel. We were told by neighbors of the kennel that its usually like this. Pretty quiet and people come around to walk them. Well, they didn't come around anytime soon when I was there. more

Absolutley excellent 8/17/2011

Dr. Pike and his staff, are the most professional staff I know after reading the bad reviews and seing that they were not updated. Since the new take over by Dr. Pike I would never go anywhere else. They go beyond all other vets I have ever know, it seems to me that some people need to give them another chance. As my dogs would say they are great, everyone there deserves a 5 star for theri curtious sevice! Thank you for 4 wonderful years of pet care. Annie Brewster Segrue more

Animal lovers 11/12/2005

When I lived in the Capital District area, we use this as our regular vet clinic. The staff goes above and beyond to make your pet feel relaxed during it's visit. They truely care about the animals they treat and are always ready to answer any question you might have on care or feeding. I wish we had more vets like this, since our pet family members deserve the best we can give them. more

Excellent 11/7/2005

When we were in the area we saw a dog get hit by a car. The driver stopped, but then left the poor animal there. We picked it up and took it to Aqueduct. They took it back got the tag info and started treating the animal while they attempted to contact the owners. They were EXCELLENT. The owner was so happy we cared and met us there. The prices were competitive and the staff was out of this world in thier communication and sympathy for the owner. We would definately use them again. more

Have had no problems with them 9/26/2005

We have been bringing our dog there since moving into the area in March '98. They have taken good care of our "child" through her traumas of shots and tribulations of her allergies of having both her distemper and rabies shot given at the same time to now when we had to have a growth removed from her hindquarters. The staff there noticed that she was nervous and spent time with her to calm her down before taking her back when we dropped her off. She is happy to see Dr. Family there and licks his face nearly every time she sees him. We get all of our questions answered, don't feel rushed, and certainly don't feel like a number here like we did at another vet's office in another state. We travel 40 minutes from Saratoga County to see them. more

Not Good with Animals 8/2/2005

I brought my dog here because he had been attacked by another dog. He was pretty beat up and he was wipering and crying. I brought him in and they took him right away. I went in with him and they were treating him like they have never seen a hurt dog before. The one lady was getting aggravated with him and was being rough with him. I said to be careful and they snapped at me and told me that they are licensed and they know exactally what they were doing. I was getting pretty aggravated and I tol the other vet that I wanted someone else to treat him because of how they were treating him and he was getting mad too. I just got my dog better and never brought him there again. more

Not the friendliest people 7/31/2005

I brought my parents cat here while they were away. The staff was nice enough, but the doctor was down right rude. I will never go back. I had 3 young kids with me - and he made it quiet obvious that they were irritating him. Then, it would be nice if he offered me some help carrying in the cat. I had one baby in a stroller and then 2 others to hold on to - plus a 15 pound cat. This guy didn't even hold open a door for me. Like I said - I will never go back. more
