Exceeded Our Expectations for Service!! 9/23/2010

We had no idea what to do with our backyard pond after we bought our new home. Travis came in with great ideas and within a half hour, we had a plan. He and his guys resealed our pond and installed a new filter. It transformed our dirty water hole into an enjoyable, backyard retreat. Travis is very personable and honest. Did everything he said he would and was completed on time. I highly recommend this business. more

Great ideas to design my space! 8/1/2009

Aqautec has a wonderful showroom that I had a chance to visit and the staff gave me plenty of ideas to design my backyard space, can't wait to get building! I appreciate the useful information and plan to return to purchase my products. Pros: Nice showroom to visit Cons: No sun hours more

Finally an honest company with expertise and knowledge! 8/21/2008

We have had nightmare's trying to get our fountain up and running correctly. Aquatec's service tech knew exaclty what the problem was and we can now enjoy our fountain with any headaches. Best of all we are now a maintenance customer and love coming home to our relaxing backyard, thanks to Aquatec Fountains. They are really busy all the time but worth the wait for the great service! Also, love the website it has a lot of great information and online service schedule request. Pros: Great Website & Helpful Staff more

Not returning my calls 9/18/2007

Called and reached Everette who stated that he would inspect the fountain. Called back a few days later stating that he had inspected the fountain and that he would forward a bid to us via facsimile; 4 days ago. Each day I call their office and reached Joe who stated that ?we are just too busy?. Wow! Too busy to return a call? I don?t think I would want to start any new projects with this company. I will continue to shop around. By the way Joe had a stinky attitude. Pros: Great Website Cons: No follow through with service more
