Aquarius Landscape

I called Aquarius when I discovered my valve box in my backyard overflowing all the way to the street (failed sprinkler valves from a different landscaper). \r Bill answered my call, came by and looked at the valves; determined what was failing, and advised his crew. The next day, they came by and dug out the whole valve box, replumbed the 2 failed valves, put everything back together, and even checked and adjusted my lawn sprinkers (near the valve box). Excellent work. All is dialed in again. Very happy! more

My yard is everything I could have hoped for. I had several quotes for landscaping services for my yard and Bill from Aquarius beat them all. One thing I noticed with my experiences with other landscapers was that they were kind of flaky. Not returning calls, not showing up when scheduled. Aquarius was always on time and very courteous. Bill, the owner of Aquarius first came over and gave some great ideas for what we could do with my yard which was a great relief. He then went to the nursery to help us pick out plants and rock for the project. When the job started his crew showed up on time and we're very fast and thorough. They did outstanding work and our neighbors are very impressed with the work Aquarius did. I would highly recommend Aquarius Landscaping for any Landscaping projects. more

Awesome company. Bill came out to our home, and took some measurements. We discussed what we looking for, and showed him what we liked about some of the other landscapers that we had drop by. Wow, he was able to make it all come together, and gave our yard a week make over. I never thought it would look so lush and ready to spend endless hours outside. I can only praise Bill for his professionalism and knowledge. As soon as I signed a contract his workers started and within 3 days my back and front yard were completely installed, pavers, realistic turf lawn, removing old plants, planting new plants and installing new watering system. In addition to a great price, extremely speedy installation, I got wonderful customer service and very professional treatment. \r \r Update:\r \r Worst customer Service. I was happy at the beginning with the installation of the landscaping and even added pictures. However, after 1 1/2 months I noticed that some of the plants didn't look very good and I contacted Bill asking to have the watering system checked. I hand-watered and called numerous times to have some check on the system. Finally after another 3 months someone showed up; now 1/3 of the plants are dead. He fiddled around for a while and than promised to come back in a few day, replace some of the dead plants and check on the watering system. This was 2 months ago and I am still waiting. Despite their bad references, I wanted to give the company a chance, and have to admit that I now regret it. I would never recommend them; don't trust their word. more

They did a terrible job zeroscaping our yard. We had to fix it ourselves. They came back twice but it didn't get much better. They put the weed barrier down on top of a lot to debri and other stuff. The did't use the weed barrier everywhere. The drip system doesn't work right. They did't use nearly enough rock. I wish I had something nice to say but I have a yard that looks terrible and a lot of extra work to do when it cools off. I was very unhappy with this company. They have complaints against them at the BBB. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't use this company. more

Aquarius was worked with me on every detail and stay ed within my budget, I always had a vision for my yard, I grew up back eat and really love and miss the green. they helped me capture a part of back east with a price that i could afford, and with plants that can survive the desert....they have helped me out so much with the maintenence....I would definitely suggest using this wonderfull company Pros: Great price, worked on every detail with me more

Terrible work - won't honor contract. Sought additional monies after work completed. Can't get them back to complete work. When they do return something else goes wrong in the yard. Do not use them or you will be sorry. They may be less $$ then someone else, but you get what you pay for - it is just not worth it. I will be filling complaint with Contractors board and/or seeking legal action. 9/3/08 more
