i went to Aquaria Pets for the first time recently and was amazed at the small town pet store. they have one on one personalized service, a wonderful variety of quality pet foods ...

Worst

I would not recommend anyone to shop at Aquaria pets. They are rude to the costumers. I did not feel welcome when I was there I wanted to hurry up and get out.

Good: I used to shop on line. Cheaper only if you get the right item that works the first time! The knowledge is well worth the slightly higher price. You can tell Steve & Deb have it together. Since they quit hiring kids the service is top notch the kids didn't care. The track my purchases so I alway get what I need even if I don't know brand name. Many times they wait on multiple people allowing them to browse without feeling pressured.. Bad: Wish they could stay open longer hours. Sometimes a bit of a wait but worth it.. Improvements: Please! If you sell your store find a good buyer.. Other: Don't know how you keep the pace up. Slow down folks before you have a heart attack!. more

Nothing like it! 4/20/2009

Good: An unbelievable selection of what seems like everything. I can see how this independant shop has outlasted so many others! They have hustle and the knowledge to go with it.. Bad: i couldn't bring my dog in. Although I understand why... The shops dogs have been beat up bu other dogs clueless owners have brought in unleashed. Now they're terrified of new comers. Also since this shop sells puppies, deseases are of great concern. Improvements: More hours. Other: They run a tight ship! Everything is almost perfect. They delivered my aquarium that wouldn't fit in my car.. more

Zany & Fun! 4/13/2009

Good: You can walk in & feel the energy in this store! Pets run loose & let people pet them. It's clean & doesn't smell like the other pet shop that was in town! The knowledge that the owners share with their customers is awesome! Aquaria is clean and they refuse to sell pets as novelties. One day while I listened 'Fish"? the owner refused to sell a pet to someone that wasn't listening. Way to go! She claimed she was from Maine & threatened to give him a bad review & ruin his business, he wished her a nice day!. Bad: Nothing! The small business owner is a valuble asset support them!. Improvements: More hours.. Other: Service greatly improved after he got rid of the teenage girls. They sucked!. more
