i brang my aquabot there about 2 months ago. It was acting all slugglish and wasent doing its job that good. I saw that aquaquality repairs aquabots. I went to the store and they told me what it would cost to look at it and i was thrilled because it was a cheap price. They tech guy told me that he would test the machine and call me with an estimate. He called me the next day which was fast and told me what was need to be done. He told me the cost of the whole repair and i was surprised what a good price it was. I had the machine back at home in 2 days which was great. The machine worked beautifuly. I was so happy with my machine!! thanx Aquaquality!!! more

Aquaquality pools has such a great selection of pool supplies and parts, I have never had to look anywhere else. It helps that everyone is so friendly and able to answer my questions. more

Great Service & Great Products!!!! 9/2/2010

I like how they makes their own parts for my aquabot, they are great quality and are very low priced. These parts work so well on my aquabot and always get my machine running like new. Not only do these parts work well, but if i have a questions about what should be replaced or what parts I need the employees are always willing to help. Thanks for making your own parts aquaquality & for your great service!!! more

great tomcat products!!! 8/6/2010

I have orderd a bunch of tomcat parts on there website. When I needed some information to see if I was getting the right parts for my aquabot I called the store and the employees helped me alot on getting the right parts on my aquabot. I will continue ordering more parts in the future. more

Great Service & Good Prices!!! 8/6/2010

Aquaquality employees are very helpful. I was interested in buying a robotic cleaner but never owned one before so I knew nothing about them. They showed me a variety of cleaners and explained how each one worked. I now own a Blue Diamond which works great. Thanks for all of your help aquaquality :) more

Aquaquality makes there own tomcat parts. They have the best prices on all there pool cleaners starting from aquabots to bluediamonds and even polaris! The employess there are very kind and very helpful with anything you u need. Keep up the good work aquaquality more

Rotten attitude 6/23/2010

I've been a customer of Aquaquality pools for years. Recently though, I had an issue that required some back-and-forth communication, which is not their strong suit. I finally gave up and located a local source for the parts. When I wrote an email to complain, they basically told me to get lost! So it appears that the best way to receive a prompt reply from them is to complain, but the reply may not be what you are expecting... Pros: Cheap parts for pool equipment Cons: Rotten service, no communication, poor attitude more
