I have to disagree with fiveisland35 on this one. I've been purchasing live stock and dry goods from this woman for years, and I've never had a single problem with the customer service. In fact, I do consider this woman an expert, and have gone to lengths to follow her methods exactly as prescribed. And what do you know, I have an incredible show tank that is largely thanks to her advice. She guided me from the very beginning of the process (I knew very little about setting up a reef tank) the whole way along, responding quickly and thoroughly to any and all questions I ever had. Sure, some of the stock is a bit pricier than you will find elsewhere, but because she actually cares about the livestock you can be sure that they are all healthy and will arrive alive 99% of the time and with a fat tummy. Not to mention the stock was captured ethically, and without cynide that damages the fish liver. \r

There was an instance where a piece of equipment I ordered broke soon after I received it. She replaced the part (not a cheap part) without any fuss.\r

All in all, I'd say I have been extremely satisfied with the products and customer service at aquacorals. I personally recommend that place to anyone asking about a good online fish store or show room (also impressive). It's personal and friendly, and the product is exceptional. What else could a fish lover ask for? \r

Word of advice, if something is listed as ""Out of Stock"" on the site, email her anyways, sometimes it is not updated immediately and the new arrivals seem frequent. Her ""What's New"" section on the other hand is usually pretty current. \r
