I explained to Aqua that i had dark bowrn water coming out of the faucets and that i had a sick child at home. I also explained how i could not cook or clean with water coming out looking like tea . I said i was running out of bottled water and needed someone quick to get this fixed for my childs sake.... I was Told there was nothing they could do and the guy would get here when he could.....since there is only 1 guy for every area code ill be sure to remember that next time i send my payment in........ more

Mediocre Servce and High Rates 10/19/2011

I became a new customer of Aqua Water in June. Their customer service is mediocre at best. BEWARE...they have extremely high water rates. There are only two people in our household and, we have a small yard. Our water bill was over $250. \r \r Consider a well before becoming a customer of Aqua. more

Moving from Mass. to Texas and working over the phone with Aqua Water has been a warm experience from the start. The women I worked was so pleasant and patient with all my out of state questions besides be connected within minutes. It was so easy to register for on-line service and already know what my bill is before it arrives in the mail. The news part is also an easy way to pass along important information and easy to get from any location. more
