Last year I purchased a cover for my above ground pool on the internet for $29.99 with free shipping. Needless to say it did not survive last years winter, so I decided maybe this is one of those things I should spend a little more for and purchase locally. I went to Aqua Palace and told them the story and they said sure their cover would definately be better. I purchased a cover from them for $65.98 and a air pillow for $10.99. I got home and opened the box and immediately realized this was the exact same cover I had purchase on the internet. I even had the product sheet and warranty sheet from the internet cover and they were identical. I took the cover back and told them of what I had found and told them I was not interested in keeping this cover. I was then told they would only issue me a store credit. I told them I was not interested in purchasing anything else from their store, I was told they would have the owner call me. After two weeks I had not heard anything, so I called them and reminded to have the owner call. After another two weeks I still did not hear anything, so I stopped by the store to talk to the owner in person. I was told he was not in, and he was a very busy man, I told them I am very busy too and really didn't appreciate my time being wasted either. They said they would give him the message. After another week I still didn't hear anything so I the Next Saturday I went back to the store ( I had been told he was usually at the store on Saturday).
