Dining at Aqua Blue is an experience. On one hand they have better sushi than Haru Ichiban and Soto combined. On the other hand I was served grilled asparagus that was luke warm and so woody that it was inedible. It is a fun place to dine from the perspective of an avid voyeur as the bar set seem to have such an interesting take on fashion, but often times the decibel levels coming from there drown out the entire restaurant making conversation impossible. The wait staff are ""forgetful"" if you're a single diner: you won't get bread and you'll be lucky if your water glass is ever re-filled. The corn muffins are super, as are the biscuits you get in the bread basket at brunch. The AB Fish and Chips has great tempura battered trout, but the waffle fries were bitter and overly fried.
Pros: Sushi, sushi, sushi, Corn Bread, Good parking
Cons: Way too loud!, "Forgetful" waitstaff, Uneven side items
