Talked to a woman who took my contact info and said she'd get right back to me, and never did either. Pros: Showed up for estimate Cons: Never got back to me more

Disappointing Customer Service 4/7/2007

Disappointing customer service: didn't return phone calls and forgot appointment to come and measure windows. Our experience ended there. Pros: None Cons: Poor Customer Service more
