Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have been calling every day for two weeks trying to get an issue resolved with my CPAP machine and with every call I get a different person who transfers my call no less then twice to end up with a voice mail that apperently goes to nowhere because I am left calling again the next day to start the whole proccess over again. When I finally did get to a live person and explain my problem instead of hearing "" we will get right on that"" or ""let me see what I can do"", I'm told that someone needs to contact another office to get information and then I'm told they will not do it that I need to contact the other Apria office, obtain the info, then forward it to the San Diego office. It appears this company has no means of inter-office communication. Like I said terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company and its services to anyone.
