Apria decides that I don't need oxygen delivered, much less in a timely fashion. They do not ask or consult with the client regarding delivery times/days. Their customer service in Louisville routinely hangs up on me. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and they think that because I have a concentrator, the oxygen I use daily (to be able to do such things as get my mail and take out my trash on my good days) isn't necessary. They do not take into consideration such things as power outtages which are frequent in this area. I've had a couple of really decent drivers, but it's their bosses that are so cavalier with their decisions. I give them over all (Drivers excluded) a NEGATIVE rating. At least for the LOUISVILLE office.
