Get American call center employees for their billing department. The Indians have trouble understanding American English and even worse, I have trouble understanding their accents. They just never seem to be able to grasp what I am trying to tell them and then I get frustrated and give up. more

HORRIBLE! Worse customer service I've EVER experienced! Called them a week ago because my C-PAP mask was broken and I needed a replacement. They told me I'd have one in 2 days. It never showed up so I called today and was told that they were waiting for authorization from Medicare! This is a LIFE-THREATENING condition, and they couldn't call to let me know?? more
