I would avoid using this company again at all cost. My broker chose him during the refi process and Dante kept giving us the run around. I set up an appointment for 10AM three days out for him to come out to my house. A little after 10, I received a call saying he was running late and he'd be to the house around 10:20. Dante still hadn't showed at 10:30 so I called to make sure he was still on his way. He didn't arrive to my house until 10:55, almost an hour late! The worst part of all – it took about 20 days before my broker received the appraisal from him. This could be a serious show-stopper for loans. Dante was just not helpful. My broker and I called him multiple times, he would just keep saying “I'll have it ready for you tomorrow.”\r \r In short: Avoid or use with great caution! Pros: Gave me a $25 discount for bringing up a site I found online Cons: It took way too long to get the appraisal. more

5/16/08- This has been one of the worst expperiences of my life. I was attempting to get a loan for a property. My broker picked this company off the internet. They agreed to a price held out for more money and then did not complete the appraisal in a timely manner.\r \r I would rate them under a 1 if possible. They are unprofessional and not timely in completing their tasks.\r more
