An insured by Farmers ran into my new vehicle. I called and asked the adjuster about Diminished Value and she stated you can not get Diminished Value in Washington. I knew that to be false. I called Appraisal Group of America and they stataed the law where they had to pay me DV. Once they sent in the information the adjuster called and apoligized for the wrong information. The adjuster stated she would be sending me a check for the full amount I had asked for. Dont believe what the adjusters say. I didn't and now I have a check for $7,000. Living in Oregon is a good thing. State Farm totaled my car and wanted to give me half its value. I was pissed. I talked to them for over a month and they would only give me $50 more then when I started. State Farm kept on mentioning an appraisal clause but I did not know what that was. Finally, an adjuster told me what it was. I started calling car appraisers. After talking to a few jerks I came across Terry Fisher. He went over my claim and stated he could get me more money. Little did i know due to a OR law State Farm has to give me back my appraisal fee too. Once the claim was settled for 4 thousand more State Farm even had to pay me back my $400. More people should know about this law. It really makes it do able so everyone can get the fair amount for their vehicle. Len Shcied Medford, Oregon more

Very happy with results 1/13/2011

My vehicle was totaled by a drunk driver. Geico called me and only offered $5,000 which is less then my pay off. Called AGA and I received $3,000 more. I was very pleased with the results. more

Allstate only wanted to offer me $300 for diminished value on my vehicle. Appraisal Group of America fought hard for me and due to their appraisal was I able to get $4,700. Would only have $300 if I had not hired them. Diane F. Georgia Pros: speedy, great value for my money, customer service more

Christmas is here- Money Money Money 12/11/2009

I spoke with Monica Fisher about my claim against Allstate. It took me a few months to round up the $399. but once i did I called her and paid them she got on it quickly. The appraisal and inspection was completed in i think i week. Once Allstate got the report they asked me a few questions and sent me a check for $8,900. Merry Christmas to me. I thought my Christmas was going to suck but not now. I am looking at a new computer. I feel so blessed to have worked with them. A Very Happy Customer in Florida more

Allstate is the worst in Texas 11/15/2009

I was having problems with Bill Hopkins at Allstate and he told me I need a licensed appraiser to complete a report. I spoke with a few companies and then i spoke with Terry Fisher, the owner of AGA. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about so I signed up and paid him $399. I received a check from Bill in 2 weeks and he stated he had never seen such a well written report. After hiring Appraisal Group of America and a few phone calls to Farmers they sent me a check for the exact amount Appraisal Group of America stated I was owed. A whopping $15,000.. Wow.. Geico Sucks 10/3/2009

I hired Appraisal Group of America after talking to Monica regarding my diminished value claim. I had been talking to Geico about my diminished value claim for 3 months getting nowhere. Geico kept on telling me to get my own opinon but I did not want to spend the money. Well i finally gave up and spent $299 with Appraisal Group and Geico sent me a check for $6,000 2 weeks later. Very Happy Customer. Due to the diligence of AGA I was able to get a fair amount on my 09 VW Jetta. My vehicle was 5 days old and Allstate wanted to give me $5,000 less then my pay out. I hired AGA and they had my car paid off in just a few days. I will tell my friends. Mike D. more

Excellent company. I was frustrated with Allstate so I looked on the internet for help. I found Appraisal Group and spoke with Terry Fisher. Because I live in GA he was able to write the report, inspect the vehicle and do all the negotiations with their appraiser. Also once i got their report I was very impressed with Terry's credentials. The best 8/22/2009

I gave diminished value my credit card to get a report and I never received anything. I had to complete a charge back so I called Appraisal Group of America once i got my money back and hired them ASAP. The fee was $320. and the report was sent to State Farm and within 3 weeks State Farm sent me a check for $6,500 diminished value. The $6,500 was more then i was asking for originally.
