Not much for writing reviews but this company deserves one! Honest reliable, and great employees! Rated great on the BBB as well, thai is why I called them. Freezer was leaking all over the floor and it was 6:00 PM on a Sunday I couldn’t afford to have all my meats thaw out that I just bought. I called ApplianceQuest, Dave the technician was at my home in a half an hour and fixed the problem ASAP I want to thank all the people involved especially Steven the dispatcher who went over and above his job making sure this issues was fixed. My ice maker went out and we were throwing a party in a few days we really needed our ice maker! Dave from ApplianceQuest was at our home and fixed it up right away! Today we had Dave from ApplianceQuesat come over to service our washer and dryer, we just moved into the area and I guess the washer and dryer didn't do well on the long trip. We get the recommendation from Tom at ElectricQuest that did some electrical work at our home. Dave was the perfect gentleman, he was so respectful of our new floors. After we came home and had ElectricQuest come to our home to upgrade our panel box we found out our washing machine was not working, Tom the electrician heard us and told us that ElectricQuest had an affiliate company called ApplianceQuest so we decided to give them a try. Dave the tech was great he was on time and had our washing machine fixed in no time, it is great to know there are companies still working in the community that still care about the consumer. more
