My washer has a simple drip leak in it Ron came to my house and in ten minutes he determined it was too costly to fix with out even taking it apart!! Says he ran water through the washer to find the leak in the transmission/bucket seal and the water pump was also bad. but I never saw him do this and the entire garage floor/washer and underneath the washer was dry. He did call 5 minutes after he left to tell he his friend could sell me another washer for almost 300 dollars!!! No thank you. Needless to say this ten minutes of hard work cost me 80 dollars and left me with a still leaking washer. more

Ron came in half an hour, changed relay on the back of the refrigerator, and charged us $225. It took for him less then 10 min to do the job. I checked on-line that the relay/switch for whirlpool # 2188829 you can get for around $30. Very disappointed. more
