I'm only judging based off of an inquisitive call I made, but the call itself prevented me from doing business with him. He sounded upset and annoyed by me even calling. I asked for clarification on his pricing and, after a long sigh, he slowly and degradingly explained his pricing as if he was explaining it to a child.
If you're an a**hole on the phone then I can only imagine what you're like face to face, and I don't want that in my house.
