Dr Patrick was very professional. He was actually early after giving me a call to see if he could move the appointment up. He thoroughly evaluated the machine/problem and gave me a quote. I didn't want to Ho ahead with the repair because it was too expensive for a machine that hasn't been too reliable anyway. So, I paid for the service visit. He asked if I had had my dryer checked for safety recently. Which I had never. So, I had him do an inspection and he cleaned out interior and showed me the gas heating unit (covered with lint!) So I was glad for that. He extended a senior discount, so I wasn't able to use the 25% off coupon for the dryer. So I ended up paying $140 for the washer diagnostic and the dryer safety check up. I was satisfied with the service and will more than likely call Appliance Repaid Doctor again if I have the need. Meanwhile I'm going to purchase a new washer and recommend Appliance Repair Dr. Toy friends. more

I've relied on Shawn to trouble shoot three appliances over the past year and he's always quick to pinpoint the problem, demonstrating his diverse knowledge. He's always been on time and professional. I'm also impressed by the care he takes setting up and cleaning up after the repair. ARD (Shawn) is the first person I call when something goes wrong with my appliances. One final note - I also appreciate that ARD uses technology and creative solutions for billing and delivery of parts. I hope another appliance does not need repairs but I know who I'll call when it does. more

Both technicians that worked on my oven were very kind and polite. They were clean and organized and left my home is better than they came in . The first diagnosis on my oven was incorrect they actually found a simpler less expensive fix . Very honest and I appreciate it . My goal is to have the ovens completely repaired before Thanksgiving and my goal was achieved . Thank you very much . more
