I've had a Sub Zero unit for many many years now and when it started giving me problems I thought I was doomed. I gave Appliance and thats when everything got better. Not only did they fix my unit, but they were there the same day! They didn't even charge me for emergency service like the other companies were trying to charge me. Give these guys a call.
