Today (11/26/12), while at work, my fiance texted me saying that the the timer on the dryer had broke. I had known this to be an issue in my model. After some internet research, I found the part number and checked the prices online. My fiance wished the dryer to be fixed today and I obliged by calling The Appliance Parts Center. I explained my situation and asked if the part was in stock. I was rewarded with a rude demand for the part number. After confirmation that the part was in stock, I placed the part on hold under my fiance's name. When my fiance went to pick up the part, she entered the store, made eye contact with the gentlemen behind the counter where no acknowledgment of her existence was made. After some time, another gentlemen walked by and asked if she had been helped; he completed the transaction.
