Excellent value and customer service 2/28/2015

I was looking for a quality and clean used washer and dryer set, and I checked out a few different stores here in San Antonio. I won't look at the other places again, with their pushy sales staff almost certainly getting a commission, and their colorful index card suggesting great pricing, but with numbers that don't add up. Those places didn't even bother to clean their used appliances, much less refurbish them. Appliance Liquidation Outlet has a friendly and knowledgeable staff, quality products, excellent prices, and, as an added breath of fresh air, a healthy respect for classic appliances and today's environment. Moreover, they support the local community by organizing and/or hosting regular social and expo events at their venue. I will always support any business that operates in such a fashion and I highly recommend Appliance Liquidation Outlet for all your appliance needs. more

People were responsive, quick delivery time, very helpful. 2/19/2015

I think Appliance Liquidation Outlet was very helpful. The only issue I had was with the filter for my dryer. I had understood they had replaced everything within the first three months. Once I had a replacement, the gasket was still loose. I sent an e-mail and they ordered another part at no cost, but for me, it was a twenty to thirty minute drive to get to the store. In general, I was pleased but a little flustered about driving there. Overall, I would go there again in the future. The people were responsive and the delivery time was on the same day which was very helpful. more

Fantastic 1/24/2015

I was shopping for a washer for one of my clients. I had checked out another place, but did not like the "feel" of it. I then checked Appliance Liquidation Outlet. I was amazed at the selections. The machines were very clean. The staff was friendly, fun to talk too. The installers were in and out, tested the machine before they left. The delivery fee was very reasonable compared to other places. I have no doubt I will be going there and ONLY there when it is time to purchase my stove... more

We first became aware of Appliance Liquidation Outlet several years ago due to an appliance we had in a rental facility. The landlord always used them and recommended them to us. We bought an appliance (a washer) and we were impressed it lasted about 8 years. So, this last time we came back and bought a second one. All our appliances are to-notch, have a really good value, and there is no place else in San Antonio where you can find good quality appliances for the price they give you. more

I really like Appliance Liquidation Outlet. I've been going to them for five years and feel that the service is excellent. I've purchased a washer and dryer from them that have been working wonderfully. The prices are unbeatable and everyone there is really friendly and professional. They delivered the appliances on my schedule and gave me tips on how to prolong their life. I'd definitely recommend them. more

Spectacular! 3/18/2014

I found the posting online while looking for a fridge for a rental home. It was well worth the trip there, they have a great selection of appliances to choose from and very affordable. The service was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. I even ended up purchasing two sofa sleepers while I was there. I did not expect to find those there but saved us time. We walked out with a great purchase. The sales guy, (I did not catch his name) was very welcoming and offered a lot of info to my husband and I. We are new to the SA area. The people at Appliance Liquidation Outlet answer the phone every time you call. It may sound funny, but they all speak English and that makes looking for appliances a lot easier. They have a perfect selection and it's all decent appliances for used appliances. They don't sell junk. I've talked with the owner as well and she's real friendly. She's willing to work with you on anything you need and stand behind her products. I've been going there for six months. Instead of running around for eight hours, you can make one phone call and get anything you need. more
