My Aunt Esther spilled tomato gravy on her stove... the electrics went out and even blew the fuse. I don't mind going over there to help her so I took a look at it. I couldn't even figure how to get the top off. I got info on the internet, went to the one million parts store on I-10 service road near clearview... they explained about the harnes, I ordered one and called Will afterwards... he said just call him when I pick it up. \r \r The next week I called Will, he came over later that day, let me help him with the repair, cause I like to do those kinda'things, and we had it working in no time. THANKS WILL . . . I hope you're around for a long time 'cause folks always need a good repairman ! more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WILLIAM MEYER IS DISHONEST! William Meyer came into my home in a bad mood, not wanting to work. He was careless in his examination oo my dryer. He put a screwdriver on wires in the back of the dryer while it was plugged in, sparks and a pop followed. I went and reset the breaker to help. He plugged it back in turned it on and it triped the breaker again. I again reset it. He says ""I shouldn't have done that"" in a very glib manner. He seems to be done trying so he test on more thing and tells me he is al most certain it is the timer. He is ready to go I have to remind him to put my dryer back as he found it. He does so while cursing the wires and telling me how tedious his job is. I lator try the dryer, it will not even com on now. I call him, he is defensive and rude. DO NOT USE HIM. He may also be using the name Joes Appliance same address different number. more
