Do not use this company unless your not in a hurry! 3 weeks ago they came out to work on an appliance and I have had to call them to find out when they will be back with the parts. NO I would not use them again. I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BY THE TONE OF THERE VOICE WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEY WERE THE WRONG ONES TO CALL. more

I was very pleased with the service,kindness,and concern for the issue I was having with my frig.They were already booked for the day,and short handed.But the tech said he would work me in.the unit was working,but I was afraid it would go out.tech called about 1pm said on his way.I found the tech to be very polite,neatly dressed.And very knowledgeable.detected problem quickly,replaced part,with one he had on his van.no waiting for parts.He advised me on how far from wall unit should be,to keep me from having other issues.He even cleaned underneath where compressor is located.I thought that was very professional,and nice.not many service people would have took the time to let you know these things.I am thankful for the quick response,and the knowledge he had ,and passed on to me.I would and will highly recommend the ApplianceDoctors USA toany and all my friends. I would not recommend Appliance Doctors. They were recommended as an elite repair by LG to fix my refrigerator. They said they would be here by noon on a Tuesday after I called that same morning. Noon came and went. When I called I got the answering machine, they did not return my call. At 5:10pm I called back and they hung up on me twice. When I finally got to talk to someone, they informed me they were elsewhere and wouldn't be out. However Mondays were their normal service day for our area and they'd be happy to come out then. I don't know about you but with a family of 5 I preferred to have my fridge repaired sooner. I found another repair service. I do not appreciate unprofessional service. Not calling to tell me they'd be late and/or offering to reschedule and then saying well next Monday would work better for us is just plain rude. The other service had my fridge repaired by Monday after waiting for the parts to arrive from the manufacturer. Cons: Did not arrive at appointed time, did not call to say they were late, did not reschedule in a timely manner more
