He was exactly on time and he gave me some information about my washer that I was not aware of. We had a washing machine that wouldn't drain. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and promptly identified and fixed the problem. He is polite, cleanly attired and professional. His fee was very reasonable. We will use him again and encourage you to do so as well. more

He is an outstanding technician and appliance repairman! He looks out for his clients and will not charge for unnecessary parts. He doesn't believe at throwing money at a problem he believes in fixing the problem. He is motivated and dedicated to his profession! more

We had a GE gas cooktop on which only two burners would ignite automatically. Had been using a lighter to light the others when needed. Made an appointment to have Shane come out on a Saturday (at no extra cost!) to look at it. He's very personable, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. He had the cooktop out and found the issue (a loose wire) fairly quickly and had everything working and reinstalled within an hour or so. He'll be our first call should we have another appliance go out. more
