When Action Appliance could not diagnose the problem with our very expensive Fisher Paykal dishwasher, and still charged us for the visit, we then called Appliance Doc. The repairman, Vince, came to our home and spent two hours diagnosing the complicated problem and researching with the appliance manufacturer. He determined that we needed a new valve. He requested a part payment to order the part but would not charge us anything for the job until he was satisfied that the job was complete and our machine was running properly. One could not ask for a more professional, competent and trustworthy repairman. Customer service like that seems very rare today. I would recommend Appliance Doc without hesitation!
