I highly reccommend Appliance Tech Services (ATS) for any repairs or service work needed. We'd been having problems with getting our furnace to come on in the past and had several different HVAC companies tell us we needed to replace the unit because there was a crack in the manifold. Not so! Donnie Brown was able to locate the problem, had the part available and was able to fix it the same day. I appreciate the fact that ATS is dependable and honest and know what they're doing. I was expecting a huge bill (Donnie spent quite a bit of time finding the defective part) but was very surprised that the final cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. We will most certainly call them for any future appliance repairs we may need. They will always try to repair the appliance first before they suggest it be replaced, plus they're locally owned and we believe in supporting our local businesses. Great work ATS!
