We have had problems with our LG front load washer so we called Appliance Connection who we have used in the past. They came right out both times for the first call. They claim to give you thirty days from time of your service date to come back out and fix the problem if you have further problems with the appliance. Our very first service call with them was resolved, but the second one continued to display the same problem we called about. I called them after the first week and Ray told me he would get back to me after he contacted LG to get more information. It has been a week or so and still no call. We have left several phone messages and text message and they have not returned a call as of yet. I would not do business with them again. We were comfortable with Ray on the first call, but very disappointed in his and the companies customer service. Wish I would have checked out their reviews before we called them.
