I normally would not respond in this way, but I purchased an item from the store/seller on ebay and never received the item. Their access has now been restricted (for negative feedback) on ebay. They might treat their physical customers well, but my experience with them on ebay was very,very disappointing. I want a full refund and will proceed with ebay/paypal until that occurs. more
