Roger was very helpful! He was awesome in assisting me with my air conditioning unit. In today's day and age; honesty and integrity are very hard to come by, and Roger has all of those qualities. Roland- you may not recall, but you made a repair call about 10 days ago to the Bentree Apartments to look at the refrigerator in Apt. 158. You were honest enough to tell me that it was too old to repair and suggested I get a new unit. Further, you did not charge me, which was very much appreciated. Thanks again... more

Trusting Technicians 8/1/2011

I needed someone to come out and check on my air conditioning. I actually got the number from the BBB. The technician was on time, very helpful and clean. Everything works great. It's good to know that there is still companies that you can trust. more

On Memorial Day my air conditioning went out and I called the Appliance & Air Care Experts. They were here quick! We were not only working but it was already boiling hot inside the house. They got here quickly and fixed it fast! Roger was great! more
