I called to schedule an appt and they were willing to walk me through the repairs over the phone in order to avoid charging me for something so simplistic. You don't really come across people this kind very often, so for that I'm appreciative. more

First time homeowner,and will recomend them to everyone 4/1/2012

I had only owned this home a year and everything started break,when the air conditioner started to leak,I called my neighbor to help me find the leak coming thru the ceiling ,and they recomended Appliance & Air Care Experts, Johnny the repairperson was great and repaired the unit in about 2 hours. more

I like that they are knowledgeable and know all about different manufacturers and various products. They repair things to my satisfaction. They are willing to work with my schedule and not theirs, they are very trustworthy and work promptly and to my liking. The total experience was exceptional.They are the only company I will use and highly recommend to anyone who wants the best! more

Tim the service rep was polite and saved me the cost of a new washing machine, I was sure the sound it made when spinning would mean a unexpected cost to replace it,but he had it repaired in less than an hour. more
