I took my mother to this restaurant after tasting some of their food at a friends wedding. Not knowing what to expect, I didn't have very high expectations. Yes, the strip mall it's located in is a little rough, but once we got inside, we were treated to very nice decor which included white tablecloths, soft lighting, and live guitar music. I had the salmon with pacific rim glaze and my mother had the seared duck breast. Both were out of this world. The wine list was quite extensive and affordable, especially for such a small restaurant, and the waiter was very knowledgeable and recommended a very nice Washington merlot. We had one of the best Tiramisu's I'd ever had, and the chocolate torte was amazing. If this restaurant were on Mill Plain, it would be packed. Truly a great find and great addition to the local restaurant scene in Vancouver. I will be back.
Pros: Wine list, innovative food, service, not crowded
Cons: closed on Sunday
